Welcome to my YouTube spotlight series. As an avid follower of about 50 channels, I’m going to praise some of my favorite content creators. This includes people who have subscriber totals ranging from the tens of thousands to millions. I like to follow channels that cover sports, horror, mystery, debate, wrestling, otters, and charismatic content creators who have a cheerful demeanor.

Who Is TheBradRules

Welcome to all! This channel has it all; games, wrestling, movies and music! A place for reviews, news and rants and all around fun! Please hang out and enjoy what my channel has to offer!

TheBradRules About YouTube Page

Wrestling was the better part of his channel for about 12 years. That changed over the last year after the product just became too boring for him to review. He has changed his content strategy to making commentary videos on video games, movies, music, and politics.

Why You Should Subscribe To TheBradRules

TheBradRules is a realist. If you want someone who pretends that everything is lollipops and unicorns, then this channel isn’t for you. On the other hand, I’ve seen critics get upset with him because he wasn’t critical enough. You have to listen to what he says because at some point he’ll say something that could offend you.

I’ve followed this channel since about 2013. It’s been fun watching him progress throughout the years. He started as a wrestling ranter before he eventually calmed down and decided to cover topics on his channel that don’t anger him.

Do you like Sonic The Hedgehog, Star Wars, Dragon Ball Z, Batman, or anything similar to that? Give him a look. He has shifted his focus away from wrestling despite getting a fraction of the views on his newer videos that take a lot longer because of editing.

What I’d Like To See From TheBradRules

I’d love to say “Do more wrestling videos” but I don’t care enough about wrestling anymore to want that. The only time I watch my wrestling exclusive channels is when the hosts are going on some huge rant. SmackDown! and RAW reviews are pointless so maybe just review the four major shows and stick with that.

WWE Raw 3/11/13 Review WTF?? (38K Views, Published March 11, 2013)

Back in the day this was one of his signature rants. The strange part is that he probably misses the days when wrestling was as average as it was in 2013.

My Favorite Videos

I Don’t Want Kids: Am I Horrible?

One of the shortest and most simple videos on his channel that represents about one percent of his content.

I too have no interest in having a child. For me to even consider that, I’d want to have a lot of money just laying around so I could fully support the kid. If I’m working and making money all the time then I don’t have enough time to spend with the kid.

Eight hours of sleep, eight hours of work, gym, eating, commuting, blogging and personal time leaves me no time leftover for any kid. No thanks.

The Fiend Isn’t Even That Great…And Will Fail!

TheBradRules got some heat for his cynical take on the early days of The Fiend. Throughout the video, TheBradRules kept repeating that his criticisms weren’t toward the wrestler but the creative team for not allowing the character to grow.

I wanted to get into this character but I just couldn’t get fully invested. This was never going to surpass the original Bray Wyatt character that was one of the best creations in the last decade.

It seemed like WWE creative wouldn’t let either of his characters develop. How is he supposed to portray fear when he loses half his matches? He rarely showed up on RAW or Smackdown! I’m a grown adult so I need something more than a creeper Mister Rogers playing with puppets like it’s some Satanic form of those Saturday morning Christian kids shows.

WIndham Rotunda was responsible for two of the most unique character ideas of the last decade. WWE turned both of them into a wasted opportunity.

Space Jam: A New Legacy Review | A Sequel 25 Years Later

This video surprised me because I’ve never seen him cover anything sports related. I’ll just republish the image of my comment to him on YouTube.
