Welcome to my YouTube spotlight series. As an avid follower of about 50 channels, I’m going to praise some of my favorite content creators. This includes people who have subscriber totals ranging from the tens of thousands to millions. I like to follow channels that cover sports, horror, mystery, debate, wrestling, otters, and charismatic content creators who have a cheerful demeanor.

Who Is BC Amplified

Pro Wrestling Mastermind | Writer | Director | Actor | Coffee Enthusiast

BC Amplified, Instagram (As of May 17, 2022)

BC is a wrestling fan who does live streams and reaction videos to all World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) episodes and special events. He’s a fiery individual who has a strong passion for the industry.

BC is often compared to the more well known wrestling podcast host JDfromNY206. The biggest difference between these two men is that BC is more critical of AEW. Both guys are great at what they do but I’ve always preferred BC.

Why You Should Subscribe To BC Amplified

Out of respect to BC Amplified, I will not write this YouTube Shout Out series without grabbing some nitro cold brew coffee. I’ve opened the can and taken a big gulp. I’m ready to roll, or as BC would say, “Think, Be, Live. Amplified!”

Let’s start with the bad: I don’t watch BC Amplified as much as I did in the past. That’s no fault of his. I’ve just become so indifferent with the product that I barely follow it anymore.

Think of Ric Flair cutting promos about women. What if he would’ve spent his career talking about dog crap? People would lose interest because they’re more interested in hearing Flair talk about women and not dog poop.

That’s basically what we’re asking BC Amplified to do. He’s talking hours at a time about a dying product. BC is a wildly entertaining dude but he can only do so much before the storylines are so bad that not only my interest dies but so does my hope.

Wrestling is dying but it’s not yet dead. I was interested enough to listen to his strong views on Sasha Banks and Naomi walking out of WWE.

Some people think BC is too loud while others think he’s too negative. I call him a realist who likes to show the passion and confidence in his views. He’s sometimes harsh but fair. He’s certainly not for the fans who treat their wrestlers or promotions like idols who can do no wrong.

Off topic but I can’t forget: Go Pack Go!

What I’d Like To See From BC Amplified

It’s not from BC but with WWE. I wish the product wouldn’t suck so bad so I could enjoy this channel to the highest degree. I just think of what could’ve been if BC, TheBradRules and TheWrestlingJesus were all doing their thing during the 1990s and 2000s. Maybe it’s good that never took place because I’d never stop watching the YWC trinity.

The one thing I could suggest for him is to take segments from his live streams and make them individual videos. This is done on The Pat McAfee Show. After the live stream ends, they create more content without actually doing so when they take some of the most interesting clips from the live show and make them a single video.

Becky Lynch Calls Out Sasha Banks! Rusev Takes Shot At Sasha & Sasha’s Husband Responds! (58.8K Views, Published April 13, 2019)

BC Amplified is a huge fan of women’s wrestling. He’s always ready to defend Sasha Banks from critics who claim that she’s entitled and ungrateful.

A New Low Even For WWE As Company Now MUTES FAN Reaction For RAW & Smackdown! WWE Raw 8/2/21

Don’t get me wrong: the reviews are good but I’m much more into the commentaries. It’s hard to find enough time to listen to a full review when they’re two to three hours. I like hearing him dedicate 30 to 45 minutes on the most important topics. That’s my cup of coffee.

One of the worst things about modern day WWE is that they don’t allow talent to grow organically. It’s ironic because they seem to bury talent when they’re about to reach the brass ring. Bray Wyatt, Rusev (twice) and Zack Ryder are a few wrestlers who come to mind. The only possible reason that I can think of WWE doing this is because they’re afraid the wrestlers will leave for Hollywood just like The Rock, John Cena and Batista.

I don’t get it.

Bray Wyatt DONE FILTHY By Vince McMahon As Goldberg EASILY Wins Championship At WWE Super Showdown

I’ve never understood the booking of Windham Rotunda‘s characters. I was much more into Bray Wyatt than The Fiend. This was what I said about The Fiend in a previous blog:

It seemed like WWE creative wouldn’t let either of his characters develop. How is he supposed to portray fear when he loses half his matches? He rarely showed up on RAW or Smackdown! I’m a grown adult so I need something more than a creeper Mister Rogers playing with puppets like it’s some Satanic form of those Saturday morning Christian kids shows.

WIndham Rotunda was responsible for two of the most unique character ideas of the last decade. WWE turned both of them into a wasted opportunity.

Administrator (Joshua Huffman), TheBradRules: YouTube Shout Out Video, Edition 5

I have no problem with Bill Goldberg. It’s cool to see him every now and then. I’m just not sure why this company insists on jobbing their younger talent to guys who are past age 50. Why did we need to see The Fiend fight Goldberg? That was a weird pairing especially for a title match.

Why does WWE insist on using punters, Top 40 musicians, Youtubers, and television stuntmen to beat their main talent? How can the wrestlers get over when anybody can just show up and kick their ass?

The AEW Conundrum: With SO MANY Needle-Movers In AEW, Why Is The Needle NOT MOVING? BC GIVES THEORY!

This video starts with BC Amplified demanding his viewers to never forget about Leg Day. That’s some good advice for me because my calves are bigger than my upper legs. If I want to get my 2,000 meter rowing time down from 7:47 then I better start doing more hex deadlifts and leg presses.

While BC is critical of WWE, he also offers advice to help AEW. He wants them to consistently get more than one million viewers. In this video, he talks about AEW needing to focus on the wrestlers they already have or they’ll get lost in the shuffle.

How To Support BC Amplified

He has an Instagram and Twitter but they’re private. Neither are verified but JDfromNY206 has tagged the Twitter account.

The Amplified Store is where he sells shirts and hoodies that include his branding.

The best way to promote him is to watch his live streams the day after. He has a cult following known as The Amp Unit who love to give him $5 donations so he can buy his precious coffees.
